Terms & Conditions
We appreciate you taking the time to read through our Terms & Conditions to make sure all preparations are in place for your booking.
Some bookings are subject to a 25% deposit payable Via bank transfer.
If a deposit is NOT received, your booking is NOT confirmed. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but are transferable if 48 hours notice is given of cancellations.
If the job must be cancelled due to no access, or isn’t deemed safe to work you will be required to make a full payment.
if the job is cancelled in less than 24 hours before work is to commence, 50% payment will be required as a fee of cancellation.
Payment is due ON COMPLETION same day immediately after handover.
We accept card, bank transfer and cash payment.
An invoice will be sent to the email address given which you will of supplied upon booking.
Every effort must be made to remove personal items from vehicle prior to work commencing.
Our prices are a guide, we reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable levels of dirt, pet hair, vomit, SPILLAGES, or anything else that demands extra time to rectify.
We advise if you have any of the above to send IMAGES before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate.

If not, the price will be negotiated on the day before any work commences.
Our insurance dictates we must only carry out work at suitable locations. We will not work on main roads, public pay and display car parks, or anywhere deemed heavily busy or dangerous.
We will require suitable parking for our detailing van and sufficient space to fully open all doors on your vehicle we are working on.
We require access to an electricity supply at your chosen location to carry out any work, we do carry water on board, however in some situations we may need access to extra water.
Travel is free for the first 60 minutes, then chargeable at £25 per hour both ways.
In the event of adverse weather, your deposit will be held until a rebooking can be arranged.
Please take time to read this information, it will help ensure our mutual expectations are met and enable us to provide our service to you to the best possible standards.
Please be aware if any of the above terms are not adhered to, you will be liable to cover the full cost of the agreed booking.
In order to deal with D.A.V.E Detailing And Valeting Elite, you must submit your approval of our terms and conditions.
